COHERENCE is the first work in Studies of Invisible Structures, an ongoing artistic research by Gnomalab Estudio exploring the relationship between light, geometry and perception. Two opposing laser projectors create a coherent field of light that passes through three suspended circular planes, revealing invisible spatial structures through volumetric laser graphics. Rather than presenting light as a visual effect, COHERENCE transforms it into an architectural material, inviting visitors to experience space as something dynamic, intangible and constantly evolving. This prototype explores the foundations of a series of immersive laser installations where each work investigates new relationships between coherent light, geometry and perception.
